In 2024 we unlocked the 'cheat code' to mastering team wellbeing and sustainability.
Our service was founded in 2024 by Sean Francis Butler. Sean is supported by a small and select group of associate consultants and facilitators with expert clinical psychology skills and experience.
Sean developed the Reflective Practice 'Train the Trainer' model in 2024 after finding that today's teams need the clear benefits of receiving effective reflective practice, but also to understand the practical skills needed to facilitate effective reflective practice for themselves and self sustain in todays financial climate.
Sean is an independent training consultant with two decades of experience within education, directing, managing and leading teams to high performance in high stress environments
He has vast experience of providing training and consultancy packages across the UK with both small and national organisations and local authorities.
His work on developing psychologically aware and trauma informed environments has been highlighted nationally and published in professional, academic journals.
