5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Client Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule a booked Service, you must notify us at least 2 weeks in advance. Cancellations made within this period may be subject to a cancellation fee as specified in the specific service agreement.
• Our Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule Services due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials provided during the Services, including but not limited to training materials, reports, and documentation, are the intellectual property of SFB Consultancy Services or our licensors. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use these materials for your personal or internal business purposes only.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SFB Consultancy Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
